DAY 1 – TUESDAY • 14 MAY 2019 – ARRIVAL IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
On arrival at Memphis Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Tonight, enjoy a “Welcome to Memphis” beer & BBQ dinner at a local brew pub.
DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY • 15 MAY 2019 – MEMPHIS
After breakfast at your hotel, make your way to Tom Lee Park for the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest in downtown Memphis. Includes access to Kingsford Tour of Champions & BBQ Alley. Evening at leisure to experience the Beale Street night life. (B)
DAY 3 – THURSDAY • 16 MAY 2019 – MEMPHIS
After breakfast at your hotel, make your way to Tom Lee Park for day 2 of the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest in downtown Memphis. Includes Kingsford Tour of Champions & BBQ Alley. In the afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of Memphis, followed by a brewery tour where you will discover some of the city’s freshest brews. (B)
DAY 4 – FRIDAY • 17 MAY 2019 – MEMPHIS – LEXINGTON – NASHVILLE
After breakfast we will check out of the hotel and depart for Nashville. En-route we will stop for lunch at Scott’s Bar-B-Que restaurant in Lexington. We will then continue onto our Nashville hotel. This evening check out the local bars such as the Whiskey Bent Saloon. (B)
DAY 5 – SATURDAY • 18 MAY 2019 – NASHVILLE
This morning we will head south to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, where we will enjoy an exclusive Masterclass. Then head to Lincoln to Byron’s Butt Rub Ranch aka BBQ Theme Park. If time permits, stop for a visit at Prichard’s Rum Distillery in Kelso before heading back to Nashville. Tonight is at leisure.
DAY 6 – SUNDAY • 19 MAY 2019 – NASHVILLE
After breakfast at your own leisure, enjoy a half day city tour followed by an authentic smokehouse visit. This afternoon enjoy a brewery tour at Yazoo Brewing Co. This evening your ”Farewell Beer & BBQ dinner” at Peg Leg Porkers.
DAY 7 – MONDAY • 20 MAY 2019 – NASHVILLE
This morning is at leisure before lunch at Monell’s where you will enjoy their Southern classics. This afternoon you will be transferred to the airport for your evening flight.
